God has come to us this Christmas.God is with us, Emmanuel. Praise be His name. With such good family and friends among us how could it not be more obvious? God loves us. He sent his only son for us. And that is the greatest gift of all. So, remember Him this holiday, no remember Him this year, as many more blessings come. Praise be His name in all He will do.

Toy Story
After watching Toy Story and getting ready for college, I started thinking about my past. How have I've grown? I went back to my childhood and discovered my old toys. The silly old things, played with everyday. Who would have know that they would have impacted my life so much? Here is a poem through the journey through my mind as I reflect on the past.
----------------------------------------------
Every child has their hopes and dreams. And where do those dreams start? In the toy box. The place where you are in control. You always know what is going on, and whats going to happen next. A place where you will never be judged or ridiculed. A place of complete freedom and self expression. Toys are a child's best friends. Always there for them, willing to listen. And what happens to them when they are out grown? Thrown away, tossed in the attic, or donated. During this holiday season, think about those special toys you played with as a child. All those wonderful memories. Look at the kids today, what toys do they have? Video games, tv, and movies? Really? With those toys kids can't use their imaginations and creativity. So, why not turn off the tv and share with this generation your toys, your stories. You know the toys would have wanted that. Think about, what were your toys' names? What were their stories? write them down and share.
